I am so excited to share one of my favorite life hacks...
Easier egg white omelettes!
Step 1:
Pour 32 oz egg whites (or egg beaters) into a 16x9(ish) baking pan, coated in my secret weapon: Nonstick Reynolds wrap.
Step 2:
Pour in veggies - my favorites are red pepper, mushrooms and mirepoix.
Step 3:
Add herbs - I like oregano, cracked black pepper, onion powder and a touch of garlic salt
Step 4:
Cook at 375 degrees for an hour.
(If you have a really strong oven, you may want to try 350 for 45 minutes.)
Step 5:
Store in a large tupperware container.
(Optional: mix with black beans for a huge protein and flavor boost!)
TA-DA!
Happy hacking!
