LifeHackLiza tip 7/22/13 - Super easy egg white omelettes!

I am so excited to share one of my favorite life hacks...

Easier egg white omelettes!

Step 1:
Pour 32 oz egg whites (or egg beaters) into a 16x9(ish) baking pan, coated in my secret weapon: Nonstick Reynolds wrap

Step 2:
Pour in veggies - my favorites are red pepper, mushrooms and mirepoix.

Step 3:
Add herbs - I like oregano, cracked black pepper, onion powder and a touch of garlic salt

Step 4:
Cook at 375 degrees for an hour.
(If you have a really strong oven, you may want to try 350 for 45 minutes.)

Step 5:
Store in a large tupperware container.
(Optional: mix with black beans for a huge protein and flavor boost!)

TA-DA!

LifeHackLiza tip 7/1/13 - Unread emails for the morning

Sorry for taking last week off - We all need a break sometimes.
But this tip is definitely vacation-worthy - and it's so simple!

UNREAD EMAIL REMINDERS...

If you're like me, the first thing you do in the morning is check your (personal) email.
If you're really like me, sometimes your best ideas come to you just as your eyes are starting to close at night... but I often worry I won't remember these gems of ideas (or nagging reminders) the next morning.

Solution: email yourself your next-day to-do's and inspirations.

Here's an example - I needed to reply to a dear friend the next morning! I knew it would only take me a few seconds, but kept forgetting about it, so a quick reminder in the AM did the trick!

Try this hack tonight...
