How was your shower this fine AM?
If it left something to be desired, how about trying a new bathroom routine life hack tomorrow...
Shower calf raises and toothbrush squats!
As much as I try, it's hard to cut down bathroom/getting ready time in the morning.
For me, one time saver is a few exercises tossed into the mix. (I'm not kidding around here.)
Call me crazy (my coworkers do!), but do you ever get bored waiting for your conditioner to set in? How about two sets of 50 calf raises?
And, don't you feel like one-two minutes of brushing your teeth (or just drying your hair) lasts forever? Well, 120 seconds is a generous amount of time to get in some SQUATS or a wall sit!
(I'm not talking about this kind of bathroom squatting!)
